Dockhand & Operations Support Agent

🚛 Dockhand (AM Shift) $41.72 per hr

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 10:00am

Key Duties:
Load, unload and sort freight
Yard maintenance
Manual handling
Forklift operations


Skills & Experience:

Valid Class C Driver Licence
Strong commitment to safety, health and environmental responsibilities
Willingness to learn and be part of the team
Current LF Forklift Licence and previous warehouse/forklift experience highly regarded



💼 Operations Support Agent $37.50 per hr

We're looking for an organised, proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of a busy transport and logistics business.

Key Duties:

General administration and office duties.
Control Agent and Outside Hire administration, including compliance and enquiries.
Assist in the warehouse when required.
Deliver and collect consignments and provide run coverage when needed.
Coordinate and maintain personnel files and HR/recruitment documentation.
Maintain document control forms and registers.
Coordinate meetings, conferences and training sessions
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety, Dangerous Goods and Environmental legislation

About You:
Transport industry experience advantageous
LF Forklift Licence (desirable)
Basic track and trace experience advantageous
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (especially Excel, including generating and running reports)
Experience working in a similar administration role
